Overall, the experience was outstanding.

I'm very happy with my experience. I will use Just Right for my furnace/ac needs in the future.

Since we moved in four years ago we have had nothing but problems with our AC unit. When we first moved in the central air went out completely. The home had a home warranty so they replaced the AC unit but when it got really hot out side, the house wouldn't stay cool even through the air conditioner ran all day. The home warranty people said that the machine was doing all it could do and there was nothing they could do about it. The next summer we called someone else and they said that we needed more return air vents so we cut open the walls and ducts that they recommended. When it got hot, the system still wouldn't keep the house cool. The next year we called someone else. They said that our ac coil in the house was plugged up and it needed to be replaced. They replaced the coil. When it got hot again, it was the same thing, hot in the house. This year we were referred to Just Right. Jeff came out with all kinds of test instruments and tested the system. He spent about an hour and a half testing the system. He said it normally only takes him 15 minutes to figure out what's wrong but our system was acting "weird". Ultimately he decided that the new coil that was put in last year wasn't put in properly and that it too wasn't working correctly. They sent Jordan out to put in a new Trane coil. It is supposed to be the best. He was there all day. It fixed the problem. It's now cool in my house even on hot days.

We have lived here for 11 years. The upstairs AC unit never worked very well. It got so bad that we stopped using it. Last year we had an A/C repair guy come to try to fix it. He put some freon in it but it stopped blowing cold air again after a couple of months so we shut it off again and just slept downstairs. My daughter and her family are comming to stay next month so we dicided to try to get it fixed again. We called three companies. The first 2 said that we needed bigger air conditioning equipment. Tom from Just Right came out and measured all the air coming out of the registers. After crawling around the attic, he told us that we were only getting half of the air flow that the air conditioner needed and that our units were big enough and that all we needed was to add some more ducts to the ac system. They sent their crews out the next week. they covered everything before they started making messes. It took 2 days to finish the job. The guys were very clean and curtious. We can beleive the difference it has made. The A/C unit has never worked so good.

We have been singing your praises for such excellent service and advice. Next time you come please leave business cards as friends and co-workers have requested them. I used to hear about the kind of service you provide, but that was from my grandma and I was under the impression that companies like your went out of business in the 50's. I wish all companies would embrace your ideals. Thanks, Felisha
