 + 0 moreI ended up paying twice what I was quoted, which included repair work that had been done. The furnace that was put in was OK, but the water heater was installed upside down. He was not licensed to do the work, and it came to the point that the city inspector had to come out to help.
Description of Work: They installed a furnace and a solar water heater.
