I bought a high performance air filter and lost my nerve installing it. Provider installed it for me at no charge! Wonderful service.

I feel like they over charged for their services. There were only 53,000 miles on the truck and they said the transmission was probably about to go out on it. A few days later, the transmission went out and I thought that was a bit odd.

I recently bought a car and went to Jerry Lambert. I was hearing a wheel bearing noise and thought it was premature for a bearing to go out. He got it out and determined which bearing it was. I was going to have him replace them both, just in case. He told me it was more than likely a defected one, and said that if it had been needed, he would have recommended replacing both, but that it wasn't necessary at this time. I just thought that was a breath of fresh air to get that advice. I use Jerry to work on domestic vehicles. He's a full-service auto shop. I've used him limited times in the past and have always been treated fairly. I believe that their prices represent a good value, and they do a good job.

We are highly pleased. They were very helpful and struck me as legitimate and honest. We felt very good about working with them and will go back if we need any more work done. I think they are superb.

Took my car in to have a noise in my front end looked at (they had tried to find the noise months before but we couldn't quite figure it out) I was pleased that they did not charge me again for a diagnostic since they could not find the problem the first time. When the gentlemen called to tell me it was finished - he told me they were able to tighten down the suspension instead of having to replace the links and was able to save me some money. I was very happy about that. My only concern is that the next morning when I was at the store I notice a deep scratch about 6 inches long on the passenger door that wasn't there before, however, since I am not sure if it happened at the store or at their facility I can't point fingers. Other than that, I believe they did a great job. I love that my car doesn't make creaking and popping noises anymore - and they were able to fix an issue I had with the stabilizer when I turn. I would definitley recommend this company.

I had taken my car to the dealership for service on one issue and left with a laundry list of other items that they said needed to be done. Before I proceeded, I took my car to Lambert. The technician and Jerry (the owner) both took a look and gave me their honest opinion: while work would have to be done in the future, it was premature to do it now. They charged me nothing, but their honesty guaranteed I'll be taking my car back to them in the future.
