excellent! Their price was reasonable, they did an excellent job, they did what they say they're going to and I'd recommend them to anybody.

It went very well. My deck is very large and somewhat complicated and the workers were very focused so it was completed in 3 days as promised. Their supervisor Billy saw to it that it was done as agreed and took care of any issues immediately. I would use them again

08/15/2018 They were extremely unprofessional. At every turn, they failed to prepare to do our epoxy concrete floors. They had 3 weeks to get ready for my job, and in all that time never bothered to order or at least check if the materials or equipment they would need was available. So, on the day they are supposed to start, they don't bother to call me. I call them after waiting for them to arrive. Then, they tell me they cant find a grinder, then today, they say that one of the colors we needed is not in stock at their favorite retailer. Did they check with any of the others in the area. Heck no. They told me I had to do that. Wow! Now I get to do their job. Meanwhile, we have 3 other contractors that need to wait for them to finish the floor. After hearing me complain about his carefree approach, Billy (The owner) just walked away from the job, leaving me in a lurch. Fortunately, within 2 hours, I was able to hire a real epoxy flooring expert. And, they already started. Oh, and they did several prep work tasks, like filling cracks, that Billy suddenly said did not need to be done. The bid was to include that, by the way. So, do not rely on J&M for any epoxy work. You will find they really don't know what they are talking about.
