IBEC provides building envelope consulting services on new and existing structures for residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and historical buildings and facilities. IBEC has successfully completed several thousand projects, many that were unique, complex and detail-oriented. IBEC specializes in building moisture control that includes prevention and remediation of exterior moisture infiltration into buildings through roofs, walls, decks and foundations, and prevention and remediation of interior water vapor condensation in ceilings, walls and floors. Description of Work: This roofing consusltant charges like a lawyer, with an outrageous 15 minute minimum for any phone call or email regardless of how trivial. If you're just a homeowner trying to find out how to fix a roof, don't use these guys (IBEC). They're geared towards commercial clients with commercial budgets. It would have been nice if they had told me that up front. For $600 I have a half page list of fixes that are needed for my roof that I could have gotten for free via a free estimate with a roofing company.
