His price was really high. It was more than double the company I did hire for the work. He was very professional.

It was the most horrendous experience we have ever had. The kit had simple directions which anyone could follow; they sent someone who would not follow the directions. They had to redo a bunch of stuff because they did not follow directions. They had to redo the roof because we had over a hundred leaks with the first roof they built.

They were very responsive. If I had a question or concern, all I had to do was pick up the phone, and call. If they didn't answer, someone would get back to me in a very short period of time. If I was concerned about something, they would call me back right away, and really work with me to address the concern. They were professional, but also very pleasant people to work with. I thought the pricing was a little steep, but the quality of work was excellent. My only issue was their punctuality. I felt like I was being balanced between other jobs, and so sometimes things didn't get done quite as quickly as they should. For instance, the plumber might be at another job, and it's taking longer than expected. That would delay him from getting to me. In the meantime, I wondered if I was ever going to be able use the washer and dryer. I know punctuality is part of the whole, but I thought that every thing else was professional, and I would use them again. As a matter of fact, they remolded my kitchen before they did the basement. I would also recommend them.

They were kind of 50-50 and most of the work that they did was okay. They were pretty good but they seemed like they were going through some changes like managerial changes and things. I cannot really say as to how they are now but I know that they are still around. I don't recall the price that I paid.

It went beautifully. I love them, it was the easiest remodel I've ever been through. If I ever needed to remodel again I'd call them first. THey were great at communication. They had someone from the company on site every day and would go through what they were going to do every day. They were clear in communicating with us and if we wanted any changes they didn't try to change our minds they would just let us know if it would work or not. They were very direct in communication. It was a green build and we used as many green materials as possible. The price was very reasonable.

Vali was great. We are still at the early planning stages and not ready to start any construction - we just wanted to know price ranges. I was impressed with his professionalism and experience. When we are closer to actually doing work, I would strongly consider Icon.

They were excellent at doing there job. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I absolutely love my new kitchen. They did such a good job.
