Heaven's Best was great. He was right on time, did a complete walk through to see where any problem spots were. I pointed out a spot for him to be careful of when he was cleaning because the dog had clawed at the carpet and he repaired the carpet and I couldn't even tell! That saved us some money on the move-out costs. When we left the management company at the apartment asked me if we had even lived there because the carpet looked brand new.
The carpet in the house had not been cleaned by the previous owner, so we had Tyler come and clean at the house as well. I was very impressed with his punctuality and care to detail. He put a carpet protector on the carpet and it has helped with little spills the kids have done. We will definitely use Heaven's Best again!

They did a good job. Their services is not a suction type machine, more of a scrubbing wheel. We had purchased a Groupon for their services, and they exceeded my expectations.
