Green Clean Organic Carpet Cleaning

I had my carpets cleaned and also some area rugs bid on. I think the company does good work, but I think they overcharge dramatically if you want extras done. I wanted 3 throw rugs cleaned and they bid up to $85 each to do them. I only did one. After that, I called around to other companies and the prices are much lower. I think the angie's deal gets us in and they make it up on the back side. Saying that, I still feel that the 2 guys that came out were professional, did good work and I was happy with that!

They were terrible, he came clean and everything stayed cleaned and I had to call him back and he did it over and he charged it and I couldn't do anything. I thought he was rude and I would not consider using him again in the future.

It went well. They were good.

They arrived on time, and went through the house and gave us an estimate. The estimate was quite a bit higher than the numbers they gave over the phone. They advertised a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We agreed on the price to clean 1100+ sq. ft. of carpet and 2 flights of stairs. They advertised a 6 step process on their web sight and confirmed they would do them when we agreed on the price. They brought in their cleaning devices and said they were done within about 45 minutes. The carpet did not look hardly any different. There were still dark tracks on all the traffic areas. They did not have any type of extraction vacuum system at all. When they said they were done, I told them it did not look any different and that I was not satisfied at all, and ask them to redo especially the traffic areas, they refused and told me it would not get any cleaner and that my expectations were too high. When I ask them about the satisfaction guarantee they told me they would not do anything further. When I pointed out that they did not do several of the steps they advertised, (Commercial vacuum before cleaning, raking to lift pile, etc.) they told me they did most of them and would not do the rest. I told them I was not going pay them unless they did what they had contracted to do. At that time the technician/owner Wade called the police and said he was filing a and quot;theft of serviceand quot; claim against me and that it would and quot;cost me a whole lot more than the cleaning billand quot;. I then asked him to get out of my house, he refused to leave until the police came, but stood in the family room and kept making threatening comments. When the police came they told me I needed to at least pay him something or they would have to issue a citation, and suggested I try to negotiate some lesser amount. When I tried Wade refused to lower the amount at all, but demanded a credit card payment for the full amount. I ask him to tell the officer if he had done all the steps agreed and he told him he had only done part of them, I also ask him if he was going to honor the satisfaction guarantee, and he told me and the officer that he was not going back in the house for any reason. I ask him to at least put the furniture he had moved back, he again refused. I had no choice but to pay the whole bill. The officer noted in his report that he had observed that it looked like something had been done to the carpet but it was obvious that it was still very dirty and dark tracks were still on the carpet. We contacted another carpet cleaner that came out the next day and the carpet was cleaned without any problems and looked great. It appears that Wade has done this before, I would not use them ever again and would advise everyone else to stay away too.

They did a good job and I have no complaints with their job. They set up the date and they were here on time. But they don't do hallways, which was the only negative point.

I've had Brandon do my carpet cleaning before. Again outstanding results. It is now the end of May and my carpet (light colored Burbur) still looks very light and clean. My hand-me-down furniture also smell clean and look clean. Making the appointment was a bit involved because of some conflicts I had, but Brandon worked around them and was willing to come to Ogden from Tooele on a Saturday afternoon. (1 1/2 hr drive one way). Very flexible with his accommodating my schedule. Always superior service and cleaning. I highly recommend him to all I know need their carpets cleaned.
