Global Hardwood Floors

They did an amazing job. The crew sanded off the previous finish with several different machines and then did all the edges by hand. The crew was always pleasant and explained every part of the process. It was a completely different experience than the one with the company that installed the floor. They were surly and used an old sanding machine that left waves in the surface.I would hire this company again in a minute.

The job went wonderfully. We had Global send someone out to talk to us about ideas for our living room, bathroom, and office space. The man came out and worked with us and gave us many insights and information about the project. He told us everything that we would need to expect and how to save money by doing some of the preparation work ourselves, and where to get a good deal on wood. He also made sure that we handled the new wood correctly and gave it time to acclimate to our house before installation. When it came time to install he showed up every morning on time, worked all day, was pleasant to be around, and did a great job. We love our new floors! We liked his service so much that we called him back to build us a wood hearth for our new fireplace, and he did a fantastic job with that as well, especially with coordinating with the fireplace installers and making the job go smoothly.

The final result was good. They did not seem to be that organized though, maybe overbooked on jobs. There were a few scheduling problems and the communication from the office was poor about new times, I usually had to call them after waiting.
