The same two people did it all. They were cheap. They put padding down also. They moved most of the furniture which I am not capable of doing anymore, and they didn't charge for doing that. They had a bunch of carpets that had flaws in it, but the layer worked in it, so we don't have the flaws in the room. We got much cheaper carpet.

There were five milestones for this project--estimation, installation, repair, re-repair, and re-re-repair. The re-re-repair never happened. From the get-go, communications and commitments were very poorly handled, and continued throughout the entire project. I should have learned from the estimation phase. It was all so absurd that I wondered if it was intentional. I will not use this company again, or recommend it.

They were prompt, courteous, and friendly.

They need to make sure the measurements are correct before they get the carpet to the house. They also need to give a time frame before hand. They are not very quick.

It was a lot less painful, than I imagined it would be. They made it easier, than I thought it ever would be. I would definitely recommend them to friends. I am absolutely satisfied with the way my carpet turned out.
