If you want someone that is Late on there estimated time go for it. I had to go back and buy more rocks and plants, because they would not put in the plants needed for West Jordan Flip your Strip Program. You will have to spell out every little thing. Value I do not believe I got my money worth. The workers would show up at around 9am and be gone by 3pm. I ask them to do some little things around the yard and they did them half A$$ed.

Great initial conversations - work took more days to complete than proposed because they had other jobs to complete. That delay is the only reason they aren't a full 5 star. They took care of me well.

Nate is great to work with. Their work wasn't 100% initially but Nate is fixing it to make it right. I appreciate that especially during this busy time of the year for them.
