Friendly Home Services

I would have never used Friendly knowing what I know now. They claim their prices are high because they have the best service and best equipment, which is untrue. Friendly installed our furnace, AC, water heater, and water softener…every single one of which has had issues due to incorrect installation, installer error, and shoddy work. They have repeatedly dropped the ball, miscommunicated, installed equipment incorrectly, not kept their promises, and their lack of care has damaged our property (which they promised to reimburse us for but decided they could only cover 1/3 of the cost). I have been more than considerate to them and given multiple chances but their lies and lack of concern for the many issues that they have DIRECTLY caused to my home is infuriating. They attempted to make things right and get in my good graces by agreeing to my one and only request, regarding who would supervise this additional work, and they couldn’t even keep that one simple promise. I wouldn’t recommend Friendly to anybody, no matter how desperate.
