+ -1 moreNever got off the ground. My first criteria for picking a contractor or service is initial responsiveness.
Description of Work: I called about an estimate for replacing a Macbook keyboard. The girl was polite, and said she'd get back to me. Never did. Oops.

+ -1 moreI feel they did a excellent job. Friendly Computers got the work done fast for my convenience. They picked up the computer and reconnected everything back up when they brought it back.
Description of Work: I had Friendly Computers clean out lots of viruses out of my computer. They also installed an anti-virus system.
