+ -1 moreWanted to have flowers delivered to cheer up my mother-in-law, asked for them to be delivered after 3:30pm. The owner showed up at 7pm with the flowers as my husband arrived. The orchids fell out, so the owner carried them up to the door that way. After my mother-in-law answered the door, she offered to put it back in, my mother-in-law said it's fine, she would do it. Some of the flowers were starting to wilt. I called the owner, she had an excuse or justification for everything!! The owner even made a rude remark about my mother-in-law to me!!! Won't be back!!!
