+ -1 moreOnce they got me on the hook, all communication stopped. The way the market was jumping around I was worried that the rate that was quoted won't be there. It took over 45 days before I finally heard from anyone. I was frustrated and let the person know it. They told me that they had over 120 loans on their desk. They did e-mail back and said they understood my rant. They did honor the rate quoted me. I was really worried about rate, the process took over 90 days. I've had a VA loan a few years before that only took 30days.
