Honestly he did his job. He removed the over spray as hired. But that was about it. I went out and looked at the car with him, said it looked great. But after further looking at all the small details in the car they missed so much. In the cracks above the bumpers and all along the running boards were still really dirty. I got down on the pavement to see the under side of the bumpers that wrap around to the underside of the car were filthy. It was so bad that running my finger along it turned it black. Back where my tow hitch is was dirty as well. They weren't even touched. My back window that half pops up jam wasn't even touched either. I was expecting a lot for the price he charged. I understand that I have a large vehicle but I was expecting a lot more for the price of $771.75 and only an hour of work. I feel that is a little excessive. Then he wanted to charge me an additional $300.00 fee for the inside.

Arrived ahead of schedule . Did a good job with the interior carpets and seats. I needed to point out missed details with the exterior and doors. The windows were not cleaned very well at all! The final bill included a $5.63 fee for payment with a check, I was told this policy was on their web site, I found it later in the fine print!!!!!!

Chris was excellent. He arrived on time as promised. He completed the detail in the time estimated for the agreed price. The car looked great, and Chris went the extra mile to clean and touch up other things that I did not even point out. I have had many other detail companies I have worked with in the past, and Chris was by far the best. I would highly recommend This service, and I have recommended him to my friends.
