He came out and gave an estimate on installing a new hot tub and surrounding landscape. He was nice guy, it was a quality company. But there was no follow through, I had to call twice to get the bid. The estimate was extremely high, I confirmed with two different companies about this estimate and even adding additional things, the final cost was 1/3 of his estimate.

They did a great job. It took a few days because of the rainy weather but they came on the first clear day. In fact they did the work when I wasn't home so I got a pleasant surprise when I returned home. I was very pleased with their promptness and with the job they did.

I asked for a plan and didn't get a sketch, just a verbal. I asked for a list of the plants and trees that were in my yard and never received it. Some of the plants died I think because they were not planted deep enough (exposed root ball). I think the topsoil that was brought in had a lot of weed seeds because I have weeds now that I didn't have before (maybe that unavoidable.). The job they did laying the pavers and installing the fire pit was top rate. They recommended some drainage from my downspouts under the landscaping away from the house which I agreed and I am so glad they did it. The crew was there and working when they said they would be.

They schedule and always show up on time. They do a wonderful job and they are not very expensive. Whenever I need extra attention on my flower beds, I can set that up and they'll send a crew that would go through my flower beds and do whatever I want them to do. They weed the flower beds too. They charge $40 a week to trim and mow the lawn. They charge me $35 per hour when they come out to weed my flower beds. I have a very large yard and it's well worth my money. I would continue to use them in the future.
