Description of Work: The Company went Bankrupt and was out of business !!!! I found this out AFTER I paid up front for the big deal, couldn't get them on the phone and drove to their office, only to see an out of business sign on the front door. Seriously... this is what I pay a monthly fee for?????? Mark Nelson

+ -1 moreAs we recently moved out of our house we booked them through Schedulicity for a whole house cleaning, received confimation emails and tried to get a hold of them on the phone. They didn't show and I can't get a hold of them on the phone. They haven't returned phone calls in 2 weeks. I went with a different company and I wouldn't use again.
Description of Work: Ecostar green cleaning cleaned our house for about a year. Every three weeks (about $60 per cleaning) we got a fairly thorough cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, hardwood floors and carpet. They were very reliable and did good work.

+ -1 moreThey were very good and were very efficient. They cleaned all of the floors and my bathroom, which were the most important things to me. I reall appreciate that they listen to whatever it is you would like to have done; some companies will only do what their list says. I continue to use them still.

+ -1 moreI think they may be a good service if you need a quick cleaning before a party or something like that. I requested a deep-cleaning, but I feel like the crew just did a light once-over. I specifically requested that they focus on the bathrooms, and I admit that I am picky but I was disappointed. The crew was nice and exhibited professional behavior, but their appearance wasn’t completely put together.
Description of Work: I had them come for one time cleaning before a wedding; two gentlemen worked three hours.

Description of Work: This company is very difficult to get a hold of. They rarely answer their phone and never return calls. I had a groupon coupon which is how I happened upon the company. It took me almost 2 months to get the initial appointment. The price was fair and the work was good. I scheduled several appointments for later. However, they did not show up, did not call, have not returned my calls. I WOULD NOT recommend using this company. VERY DISSAPOINTING!

+ -1 moreThey were very pleasant. It seems like they took way too long to do the things that they did. I got 6 hours, so there were two people here for 3 hours. But having had experience with other cleaners, the others went through real quick and got a really good job done. These people may have had a good job done, but they seemed so slow. What they did was good, but it was just very slow. I really expected that they would have been done faster.

Description of Work: General housecleaning, dust, vacuum, wash kitchen/dining room floor, clean 2 1/2 baths. I bought this service as part of a Groupon. I had done this also two times with MaidPro who did a wonderful job. EcoStar was very poor. At first I came home and saw the vacuuming had been done and thought okay looks pretty good. I had my company show up later that evening then started over the next couple of days noticing that dusting either had not been done and at or like the piano only the top about the keys was done. My sofa table was not dusted, dressers, dining room table and chairs (I was hosting a Sunday meal) were not dusted. The bathrooms were clean but the master bath shower became dirty with soap scum alot sooner - not sure what they cleaned with. All in all, I would not recommend this company to anyone!

+ -1 moreCleaning crew arrived earlier than appt. They were friendly. They cleaned some things that were outside the priorities I set for them. Looking around after they left, I found spots missed and other things I would have easily caught myself if I was cleaning. I had to re-clean some of the things they cleaned such as spots on the stove and toilet. I told their managment and they were apologetic. They made a note on my account to provide a discount on my next cleaning. I may or may not use them again.

Description of Work: I had just done some renovation work in my living room and there was a lot of plaster dust on everything, by the time eco star got through the house was spotless, they did a wonderful job and in a timely manor. Windows, shutters, floors, appliances, bathroom, carpets, everything I asked them to do and more. In the past, I have used 2 other companies from Angies and Eco-Star is by far the best,most courtious, and prompt. I would witout a doubt use them again

+ 1 moreA little hard to get a hold of for appointments as I think it is a small business. Once the appointment was made I got excellent service, cleaners showed up on time. Quote was for 3 hours of work (2 people for 1.5 hours)They discussed what general areas we would like cleaned. Both went to work quickly and efficiently. Cleaning was thorough and high quality using green products (as advertised). Finally they provided a checklist of what was cleaned and we gave a final review of work. I will have them back again. They offer scheduled visits on a variety of timeframes (week, Month, etc).
Description of Work: General housecleaning, vacuuming, kitchen cleaning including dishes, bathroom cleaning, general straightening, wood floors cleaned.
