Description of Work: Replaced leaky gutter sections, cleaned out my gutters. | |The service was great, and the work seemed to be high quality and efficient and quick. They were on time and explained the conditions of the work clearly. | | My only complaint is that I had to call them 3 times to get the work scheduled. They kept telling me they would call me back to get a time scheduled and I wouldn't hear from them for a few days and I would call back and they said they would again get back to me. Normally, the company would have lost my business after not returning the second call. I only persisted as I heard good reviews from a neighbor. |Additionally, it took them 2-3 weeks to call me for payment. I thought that was interesting...

Description of Work: had some damage to my vinyl siding, they came out and had a much better quote than a couple of other bids and they did a great job. They went above and beyond in making the house look great. they had a great timeline as well as we were selling the house and had to complete the repairs in a small window of time to complete the sale.

+ -1 moreI requested an estimate and the company sent someone out within the week. When I followed-up to order the windows, one of the installers came out to the house that very day to take final measurements. The windows were then ordered and were installed two weeks later. One of the window panes was cracked at the time of install; however, before the installers had left for the day Double T had already ordered a replacement and made an appointment for the window to be replaced the next week.
Description of Work: Replaced 3 front windows.

+ -1 moreWe chose three companies from Angie's List to get bids from. Double T was very competitively priced and very professional. They gave us a written bid with color samples and brochures showing different types and styles of siding, which gave us time to "think." This was a fairly large job and they always came when they said they would and everyone we encountered was not only professional but also very courteous. They always cleaned up before they left in the evenings and of course at the end of the job. We've had many favorable comments and I seriously doubt anyone could find a flaw in their work. We did notice a small leak in the awning, after we had paid them in full, and they had it fixed that afternoon. This is a very impressive company and we are very satisfied.
Description of Work: We had soffits, fascia, a porch cover, a patio cover, beam wraps and gables covered along with custom vents made. Half way through this job we were so impressed with their work that we decided to add a pretty large patio roof extension in the form of an awning.
