Headache from 1st - Out $450 & No Pad! Sam quoted 4-inch thick, 9 x 11 pad @ $450. He & his assistant, Nano, impressed us initially as both were focused, good workers; personable and “dedicated to do good job”. Clearly unhappy dealing with non-male clients. Undependable; did not keep appointments or make courtesy calls to reschedule. Showed anywhere from 7 hours to 11 days afterward. Accessed site without permission. Did not adequately prepare site 1st. Came ill prepared; trespassed neighbor’s yard for H20 rather than requesting of us. Tried to mix in wheelbarrow, left cement glops on lawn, sidewalk. Tried to "up" original quote on job. Removed forms before set, sides slopped out; entire pad severely uneven—slanting below 2 inches. Showed up to “fix” 9 days later by spreading thick 2nd layer (wrong type) which cracked all over in 6 hours! Sam came again 11 days later & promised me they’d "do it right this time". Crew dug up bad pad & took larger chunks, left mess. Sam promised me in-person delivery of full refund: Not received & Sam not taking / returning calls now.
