Description of Work: I don't remember exactly how long ago they came. I had always loved and been very pleased with their product and had been using them for years. The last time they came out there was a new technician which is not uncommon, and they got the work done. It was good. |After they left however, my daughter and son-in-law found jewelry and watches missing from their room downstairs. |Deluxe Cleaners would not make amends. They said that since the technician said he didn't take it, and that our cleaning lady (whom we have had for years and is a good friend and neighbor), and our handy man who is in the same category were in the house, they couldn't do anything about it. |What is the use of being licensed and bonded if you can get around paying for theft?

+ -1 moreI thought that they were very neat. They put everything back to were it was before. They were on time with getting to my house and getting everything done. They were very neat and tidy. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
Description of Work: They cleaned out the air ducts in our house.
