service was prompt and clean, but misdiagnosed the blockage cause. They ran camera and gave me a bid for $3600.00 with a plan to jackhammer out my basement replace a rusted pipe. Second opinion from top of Angies List in plumbing fixed it in 1 hour for $150.

OVERALL I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A/B RATING. THE APPRENTICE INSTALLED THE PRESSURE VALVE AND DIDN'T ADJUST THE WATER LEVEL RIGHT, SO I CALLED THEM OUT A SECOND TIME. THE PLUMBER DIDN'T CHECK THE WORK OF THE APPRENTICE. OTHERWISE THE JOB WAS ALRIGHT.
Description of Work: A PLUMBER AND APPRENTICE CAME TO REPLACE THE INSIDES OF 2 TOILETS AND INSTALLED A NEW PRESSURE VALVE. THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND ADJUST THE WATER LEVEL ON ONE OF THE TOILETS, AS IT WAS TOO LOW.
