My experience with him has been no different as he assisted me in buying a home in our first transaction in the East Mill Creek area of Salt Lake. We both agreed on a price to purchase the home. As we continued through the process of due diligence, inspections, etc., David would point out things with the home that I had not thought about or noticed that could help us negotiate the price in a way that was fair not only for myself but the seller also. David and I believe, that in any transaction, both parties need to come away feeling like the transaction was appropriate and fair where both parties can shake hands and recommend one another's services. I spoke with David on the phone on a Sunday, which speaks volumes that he even answered on a Sunday. I informed him that I was interviewing agents on behalf of my client for their listing and that we would be holding agent in-person interviews on Monday. David took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly go through his many years of experience, and was ready for the listing presentation the next day. He was on-time for his interview and wowed my clients with his in-depth and extremely informative listing presentation. Fantastic! Lengthy telephone conversation first, to get my wants/needs etc. I felt no pressure at any time during the hunting or purchasing process. David made himself available to meet me for showings on my schedule and at my convenience. Once I found the home that perfectly suited me he explained all the due diligence dates and we were off and running. He took care of everything and negotiated on my behalf beautifully. David recommended specific inspections for the home that I was extremely interested in and even though I thought some inspections may not be needed I accepted his recommendations and boy, am I glad I did! We uncovered a collapsed sewer line between the house and the street. This would have been a major money repair and it was fixed before closing. I always look forward to coming home to my serene, charming home every day. I am so happy to have had David in my corner. I am confident that the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed. I can't thank him enough. He's in a league of his own and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling.

When I made the decision to move from Southern California to Salt Lake, I began to look for a house. After looking on my own for a bit, I decided I needed help and called David Kevitch. I was very specific about what I wanted e.g. cost, size, area, number of bedrooms, garage, laundry on the first level, etc. We spent several weeks looking for what I wanted, without success. I left Salt Lake, giving David and my family instructions to continue looking and a check to seal the deal if they found a treasure. Well, they did. David sent me pictures and a video of the house. He found it on the first day it was on the market, called my family, counter offered on what the sellers were asking.
