Description of Work: New toilet installed, replaced faucets last visit. Plumbed and installed double water heaters on previous visit. Have used Darrell for several years and I am able to call, get a confirmed date, and know he will follow through. I never get another bid cause I can trust Darrell in every way.

+ -1 moreI was given his phone number by a friend. I called him and made an appointment. He arrived about 5 minutes early. He was presentable and friendly. I had already explained what I wanted done. We went over it again and he got the water heater from my guarge, brought it to my basement and installed it in less that an hour. We talked for a few minutes, I paid him and promised I would call him again whenever I needed a plumber.
Description of Work: He installed a new water heater that I had already obtained. It needed a few extra parts, which he had with him. I mention this because it annoys me when they know the job but don't have what's needed. He patiently answered some question I had about the water heater and plumbing in general
