+ -1 moreThey are prompt and kept the appointment as scheduled. They were fast and efficient and thorough. They reset the thermostat (that tracks service needs). They are great to work with and know what they're doing and it shows.
Description of Work: Installed a heater for us but also worked on our A/C unit last summer.

+ -1 moreMotor went out on furnace last spring and Carlston replaced it. When we started running air conditioner in summer, we discovered the door to furnace would not close correctly and cold air was blasting into the furnace room. We called to have them come back and fix the door. Person we talked to went into a rage and yelled at my wife that we were being unreasonable and he can't take care of everyone who has an air conditioning problem as soon as the weather turns hot. His tirade was very upsetting and totally uncalled for. They sent someone who fixed the problem and then sent us bill for $89 for the service call - which we refuse to pay.
Description of Work: Replace motor on furnace but door to furnace would not close correctly. We requested they come back and fix the door.
