Horrible experience. First, shortly after starting the job I was told they messed up the estimate because they failed to realize they'd have to put some new footings in. This bumped the price 5000 THOUSAND DOLLARS. Then during the job I had to point out blatantly obvious flaws like way-out-of-plum deck posts. Then when it was allegedly finished, the footings, which were a big mess, didn't get finished/stuccoed literally for months, despite numerous phone calls, Worse, in numerous spots, the rail spindles are not even close to evenly spaced, and in at one section are not even plum. It literally looks like a child put the spindles in. In addition, the tops of the railing posts are terribly cut, not even close to even. And several of the posts and deck support beams are way out of plumb, which is clearly visible to the eye. All in all a monumentally unprofessional job that cost way too much and way more than was quoted. Literally have never been so dissatisfied with a contractor in my life. Numerous photos available on request.
