I called Kyson Crowell when my snow blower wouldn't start. We were in-between snow storms so I know he was busy, but Kyson was able to find room in his schedule the same week. He fixed the carburetor and the total price was $65.47, which was more than reasonable and much less than I thought it would be. I will definitely keep Kyson's phone number handy. Kyson owner of Crowells Flying Wrench Mobile Repair was very professional and did an excellent job repairing my snow blower on site! It was so nice to have someone come to my home instead of me trying to find a way to get that big snow blower to someone's shop to repair. It was amazing how he had everthing available in his mobile van to make the necessary repairs on site. His price to repair my snow blower was very reasonable and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to give him a call. He also repairs lawn mowers. He did an excellent job!!

I had a snowblower that wouldn't start. I was delighted to find someone that would come to my home so that I wouldn't have to transport the heavy machine. Kyson was prompt, courteous, efficient. Kyson was prompt to respond & set up an appointment. Came on time but we had difficulty to get our snowblower to not start and run-it hadn't been doing that which was why we called him out. He suggested we use it and if the problem arose again to call & his service call would be 1/2. It wouldn't start again later that day, so we called him & he came back out the next morning. He diagnosed the problem after ruling out some others and it's running great!! Thanks, Kyson!

Lawnmower wouldn't start, despite fresh gas, clean spark plug, and lots of yanking on the starter rope! Flying Wrench came to my home at the appointed time, fixed it, gave it a tune-up, explained the problem (ethanol gas turned to sludge), explained the solution, and explained how to prevent the same problem in the future. Very competent, very friendly, very professional. Highly recommended!

So helpful! Kyson came out to my house to fix my lawnmower. Turns out I needed an air filter that the company no longer makes. He went above and beyond tracking down the part to arrive. Then, he impressed me with a full tune up and blade sharpening. He even adjusted the length of the pull cord as I was having a difficult time with it.

Sears came out and did the diagnosis and I paid for the parts. I finally got a hold of someone from sears and then they told me the parts would be double. I called Crowell's and he was wonderful and did it for half of what Sears bid was. He came and picked it up and took it to his place. He did an excellent job and delivered it back to us. I would definitely use him again.

He was timely, professional, did everything to satisfaction, and charged me exactly what he quoted me. The price was fair.

Kyson is the best! He arrived exactly when agreed. He has a full repair shop on his truck, so he started the mower, listened to it run, then took it apart and inspected it. He replaced one part, then gave me pointers on what I could do the prevent problems in the future. Now my mower works like it did when it was brand new, all in less than an hour and for a lower price than the big repair shops would even diagnose the problem! I wouldn't even consider consider going anywhere else to get a small engine repaired!

Kyson went to my son's house where our lawn mower is.he called first,said he would be there in 20 mins. he was.Went right to work,called me with an honest cost of whatit would take.The cost would have been to much and thatwe could buy just a regular mower for what it would cost.I decided not to have the repairs,Kyson recycled our oldmower.The charge was $45.00.Took credit card over the phone and e-mailed me the invoice.

This was a great experience. He arrived at my home promptly, had a mobile repair shop in his van. He was able to do the flush cleanly and with ease from the van parked on the street. He was at my home about 30 min. Earlier this year I called regarding a weed trimmer that needed repair. He quoted me an approximate price and then discussed the pro's and con's regarding fixing my particular trimmer. As I decided that replacing the trimmer was in my best interest, the gentleman guided me in the purchase of a trimmer. In this regard, he willingly fielded a couple of phone calls from me.

We called him to fix a lawnmower that was acting up. He disassembled/reassembled the carburetor. Fixed my mis-assembly of the carburetor. Straightened the throttle spring. I had previously rebuilt the carburetor and replaced the seals, spark plug and air filter; so he didn't do any of that. The throttle spring was bent and a piece of the carburetor was cracked. He said he was going to get pricing on replacement parts and call us back. He never called back. Other than not calling back, everything was great. The lawnmower runs better than before the visit and I'm sure it would be perfect if we got the replacement parts. His service was quick and prompt. He got right back to us when we called. We would definitely use him again.

Kyson answered the phone on a Sunday and was happy to make an appointment to come out on Tuesday to service my lawnmower. My mower was hard to start and required multiple pulls. When I asked about when to meet him, he said he often has homeowners leave their mower out and he just comes and does the service, then we would deal with payment afterward. On Tuesday, Kyson called about 15 minutes after the service was scheduled and said he was finished! He told me the told cost of the service and asked if I wanted him to sharpen the mower blade as well. I agreed and then asked about payment. He said whatever worked best for me. He could take a credit card number over the phone and mail me the receipt or he could mail an invoice and I could put my credit card info on the invoice or include a check and mail it back to him. I chose to give card number over the phone. I received the receipt in the mail a couple days later. When we got home that evening, I asked my wife to start the mower. She pumped the primer two times, pulled the cord and it took right off! Needless to say, she was very pleased. She enjoys mowing the lawn, but hated the fact that she had to come get me to start it for her. Now it runs like an champ and starts on the first pull every time. We are very pleased with Kyson's excellent service and professionalism. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs small engine service in Salt Lake valley.

Outstanding! I had taken my commercial sized mower to another repair shop in the valley and they did a horrible job and were completely unethical. I called Kyson and he diagnosed and repaired the problem immediately. I plan on telling everyone who needs a small engine repair to contact Kyson. Made the appointment with Tyson. Thirty minutes before he was to arrive at my house he called to say he was on his way. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. Great customer service and great price. I am a very satisfied customer.

Kyson answered his phone promptly and made an appointment to come out to our house the next day. He ended up running late for the appointment, but he called to let us know, so that was fine. He was very friendly, professional, and asked what had happened with the tiller when we tried to start it up. He rolled it out to his truck at the curb, and 25 minutes later, he was done, the tiller ran great, and he even returned it to the garage. He was incredibly fast, and charged far less than I was expecting, especially given that he came to us to fix that beast rather than us having to take it in to a shop. I'll definitely use him for all our lawnmower and tiller needs in the future.

I loved the fact that he came to my house so I didn't have to load and unload the mower into my car. I contacted Kyson, the owner and made an appointment to bring in my lawn mower. We discussed price which was reasonable to me and on the day of the appointment he met me at the time I had requested and he completed the work in the time frame which was promised and he did an excellent job.

He repaired and serviced my snow blower in my garage with a full range of tools and equipment that he brought with him in his van. The job was done excellently and in a friendly fashion. Kyson was able to completely resolve my problem and had my snow blower running beautifully. The price, I thought, at $77, was excellent for a call to my home, repairs, and service time.
