This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had -- seriously. Their van came to us on short notice and they got right to work fixing our mower. I could not believe how simple it was. I think all the work was done in about 30-40 minutes. It was an incredibly good price, too. I would have expected to pay double what they charged. The mower works like new again. Could not recommend them any higher.

He was able to do the repair. We have not had any snow since the repair. The scheduling was done very well and they cleaned up after themselves.

First my snow blower needed a tune up. A couple of small parts were needed as well. I asked if they sharpened tools and I was told yes. Sure enough my snow blower and tools are ready for another season. I'd recommend Flying Wrench to everyone!

The snow blower wouldn't start. Diagnosed fuel system and ignition problem. Works better now than after the John Deere dealer serviced it last year. Took it apart, serviced and cleaned moving parts. Starts first pull, every time. Bought it used 15 years ago and it has never worked this well while I've had it and I've had it serviced several times after hauling it in to a shop and waiting several days for it. Had all the parts with him that he needed. Very personable, efficient and knowledgeable.

With a lot of snow early on, we discovered our snow blower would not start. I called three different repair shops, including Pehrsons, where we purchased our snow blower, and got an answering machine at all three during business hours. I called two times and left messages with all three both times. Almost 6 weeks later, I still have not had my calls returned. About a week after leaving messages, I looked on Angies List and called Crowells Flying Wrench and again left a message. I was surprised to hear back from Crowells the next day. I spoke with Kyson, who explained and apologized that he was several weeks out because of so much snow and a lot of broken snowblowers. Although I had to wait for a few weeks, Kyson called as he was on his way to my home on the day we scheduled the repair. He worked on my snowblower for about 30 minutes and was able to get it up and running and in great condition. I very much appreciated his prompt return call and I also loved the fact that he came to MY house to fix the snowblower. I didn't have to lug it into a repair shop. I felt like his prices were fair and reasonable and will definitely be recommending him to friends and family, as well as using his services in the future. | |Thank you Kyson!

Tyson did more work then what was offered in the tune-up agreement. He was very helpful.

We had not used our snow blower in a number of years and wanted to get it serviced so that we could start using it again. Call to set up appointment was initiated quickly by provider and an appointment was made on a date that was convenient for us. He called approximately 20 minutes before the appointment time to let us know he was on his way. He tuned up the blower and replaced a part that was defective due to age and got it working properly. Was very happy with the service and would definitely use him again.

Kyson called on his way to my house to let me know he was on his way. He took the snow blower out to his truck and performed the tune up within half hour to forty five minutes. He was very friendly, and professional. After the tune up he told me what he had done, and offered to put the snow blower back in my garage for me. I asked if they did tune ups on tillers and he told me yes, I will be calling in the spring to get that and my lawn mower service.

He always does a good job and have used him for quite a number of things. He is reliable, economical and convenient.

Excellent. He arrived on time and did the job expeditiously. I asked him to replace two front wheels which were getting wobbly; he recommended against it, thought they still had considerable life left in them. He also advised me to replace the air filter every year, and showed me how to do it myself. How can I give this guy another POH nomination?

Showed up on time, worked quickly, solved problems.

They are on Angie's List. He ended up being roughly about half the price of Sears. The only thing was that it took a little bit longer to get it done but he came and got it and took it back to his place for me but other than that, he was great. It took a little bit longer than what was necessary because he was just having trouble getting the part, I think.

Kyson came over to our house and tuned up our mover. Blade sharpened, oil changed, air filter replaced and spark plug replaced. He did a wonderful job. The mower runs like new. This place was able to help us out and come to our house unlike most mower shops we called that were weeks behind and wanted to you to drop your mower off. If you need a tune up and don't want to wait, this is the place to call. I will always use them in the future.

I have used this provider a short time ago and called him back. The self propel function of my lawnmower quit working with a lot of noise. He, Tyson, diagnosed the problem and had to order a new transmission. It took longer than expected but it was largely my fault. I looked up my call history and he had called but did not leave a message. He wanted my permission to order the part, which he had found. Tyson is actually very good at communicating; he keeps in touch by telephone and calls when he is en-route to let you know he is coming. He is easy to talk to, impressed that he is a good person and trustworthy. My mower is working great and I am very happy with the price. I will call Flying Wrench whenever I have problems with my equipment. By the way, I have used establishments in my neighborhood several times with very poor results. The last time I had a chain saw worked on by another provider, I got home and started my work and the chain came off. Bolt had been left out. And many other problems. At this point I have total confidence in The Flying Wrench, he comes to your home, you can even watch him work if you wish to do so. I am very glad to have this service that actually delivers!

They have their own truck with every kind of tool you can think of so you don't even have to leave your house to have your equipment serviced. What a convenience!! The price was reasonable even though I can't put my hands on the receipt at the moment. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I will admit, our machines had been very neglected. Kyson got them up and running at a reasonable cost. And when we promptly broke one of the machines again (our own fault) he helped me solve the problem over the phone.

No response from the vendor, so didn't go so well.

This technician was very personable and nice to be around. His good nature was evident and he was easy to talk to. He new his job and could explain to me the problem with my machines. With just losing my husband it was nice to have someone tell the truth about the problems and not charge and arm and a leg for his services. I deeply appreciated this. He is a good guy and I would recommend him to anyone that need a mower or other yard device that needs attention. It is nice that I didn't have to hassle with taking my machine to him. This saved me a bunch of time and my machines run great. Very pleasant experience.

He fixed lawmower and snow blower they not are ready to go!!

The fact they come right to your house saves hauling large outdoor products such as lawn mowers and snow blowers around. they came on time and we have had no issue with the repairs.

Kyson was great. Called him on a Friday, was able to come to my house the following day (even though his website said he doesn't work Saturdays). Very quick and professional, answered my many questions and gave great advice on brands, repairs, etc. Now I'm planning on using him in the spring for tuneups on a generator & pressure washer. Well worth the money.
