Crawford fellow was on time, quickly determined the problem, and repaired it. He also inspected and lubricated the garage door's working parts. Employee was prompt, personable, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem.

I requested quotes from 3 different companies. For the same type/quality of door, all three companies offered exactly the same price. I chose Crawford Doors over the other 2 companies because they presented a more professional image (both online and in person), and they offered a wider selection of products. The work was completed on the day/time agreed upon. I was not personally there (my roommate was), but when I got home, the doors looked fantastic, and the work area was clean (no clutter, garbage, etc.). All my interactions with the company were timely, professional, and friendly.

It was awesome. I called Friday afternoon, and they immediately scheduled me for Monday, then called back to confirm. The technician was running a bit behind and he called to give me updates - awesome! He was nice, fun, positive, and upbeat, and had the door fixed and working within about 45 minutes. Amazing service, wonderful people, and great price.

Crawford doors responded quickly, which is important because it is winter, and we were concerned about crime with a door that was half open! While our new door was on order they put on a loaner door. We were very pleased.

The technician explained everything in detail, replaced pulleys on both sides of the door, since the one which didn't break was about to, and he oiled the runners and fix a dent which one of wheels always bumped when the door opened and closed. I was very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism from start to finish.

The called when they were about 20 minutes away, giving me time to get home from work to meet them and explain the problem. The two gentlemen who came were professional, courteous and efficient. The door now hums up and down instead of clunking before becoming inoperable.

They did a good job. I think I called them and they came within an hour. The seemed to have a lot of depth. I would say a very strong vendor.

Went well, The repairman was a little outside the window of time indicated by his dispatcher, but not inconvenience to me.

Two days after Christmas and all of a sudden my garage door derailed!! I called Crawford and asked for the impossible - for someone to come out ASAP. Jeff showed up about 20 minutes later! He identified the problem (broken belt trolley) and got the door back on its tracks so it could at least be closed. We discussed both of our schedules and agreed that later that afternoon would be a good time for him to come back with the replacement part. As soon as I got home from work, I called the office to let them know I was home. I found out that Jeff was stuck on another job, but Greg was at my house about 45 minutes later with the replacement part. He finished the job quickly, and even asked if I had a replacement for my burnt out bulb, which he kindly replaced while he had his ladder out. Everyone I interacted with at the office and at my home were polite, prompt, and followed through with what they said they would do. And I can't believe how fair the price was for the unscheduled work!!

Randy Clawson from Crawford Doors was excellent. He called back when he said he would, showed up on time and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took what seemed like an impossible repair and made it look easy. Very quick and efficient and a miracle worker. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Crawford was able to come out the morning after I called. He called when He was on his way (a little before the promised time) and arrived when he said he would. He was able to fix the bottom panel without replacing it and also corrected the tracks it runs on. He saved me some money which was much appreciated. Very courteous and professional.

Fantastic service! After making the mistake of calling another company, I decided to go with Crawford Door. The previous company's technician looked at this simple repair job and said parts were no longer available. (It was a cable!) The Crawford technician completed the job within 30 minutes, The door now operates better than it did before the cable broke. Highly recommended!

Replacement went well and the new insulated garage door looks great. It was important to us to have an insulated door as we have our laundry in the garage and we don't want the pipes to freeze. Our installer Caleb was personable and knowledgeable and did a great job. One tip: Be sure to check the closure of your garage door both inside and out before your installer leaves. In our case the door wasn't coming down far enough: we had a 2 inch gap at the bottom and at the top on the sides. (See attached pictures.) This is a simple adjustment for the installer--or in this case my husband who pulled out a ladder and made the adjustment. (However, if I had been on my own I would have no clue how to do this and it would involve the hassle of a return trip. So be sure to check) I'm glad I went with Crawford Door and I would use them again.

I called on Monday afternoon and they came on Tuesday. They even worked around my "ski" schedule. Very nice man and he explained what the issue was and how it was fixed.

It was a fun phone conversation with a lively and charming gentleman. And it certainly got the job done.

WOW! Amazingly responsive. Even called back before I could leave a message when my cell phone dropped the call. I called at 11am and they were out and done with job by 2:20. Very competent technician and incredible service. They are my new "go to" company and recommendation for garage doors.

I needed the door fixed because it wouldn't close and that was a security hazard. Arrived promptly. Efficiently fixed door. Answered questions.

They were very promote, very knowledgeable as far as what they were doing.

My son wrecked our truck into our house. Luckily the damage was to the wall not the door, but I needed to replace the wall behind one of the tracks. They came and looked at the job and determined that I didn't need anything new that we could reuse the door and frame. They came the morning the masonary guys came and pinned the door and removed the track. Two days later they returned and put the door back together when everything was dry. When it comes to Garage repair I only call Crawford door. They are responsive and helpful, without the pressure of buying something new. They are experts in their craft, considering my garage was installed in 1955 and has the original door. They are there when you need them and that is really hard to find.

On January 30th, my double garage door got destroyed. I called two companies and they both replied that they could not do anything until the 5th of January. I called Crawford Doors and Jay, the sales rep, said that he would be right out. He showed me samples and what was in stock. We agreed on a price and that there would be an installer out on News Years Eve. Curtis was at my home at noon. He was a great guy. He finished the job in three hours. I can't say enough about Curtis. He was absolutely fantastic. Thank you Crawford Door Sales and a special thanks to Jay and Curtis.

It went excellent... they came out, did troubleshooting pretty quick and then fixed the garage door opener quickly. I was extremely impressed.

On my garage door opener there was a loud pop and the unit starting smoking a lot and stopped working. I unplugged it and found Crawford Door Sales which was highly rated by Angies List. I called and they said they could have someone out the next day. Next day at 9am the tech called me and said he could be out. 10 minutes later he was there. When I told him what happened he knew exactly what it was and replaced the capacitor. All the other places I called could not have anyone out there before Monday but this place was quick, honest and they did an excellent job for a reasonable price. When he was out he noticed something on my garage door and adjusted the spring free of charge. By how much my opener smoked when it broke, I thought for sure I would be buying a new opener for 3-400 dollars but he said everything looked fine but the capacitors go out when they get old so he replaced it and it is working great. I bet other places would have sold me a new garage door opener and I would not have known any better as it had smoked pretty heavily when it did break. Glad I found an honest place and will definitely use these guys in the future. I can see why they are highly rated and have also won an Angies List award for great service.
