They seem knowledgeable, I asked for a quote for replacing 2 keys on my MacBook and they recommended I bring it in for diagnoses. That was weird to me because replacing a key doesn't require a diagnosing. They also didn't tell me even a ballpark figure of how much it would cost. Personally I'm not going to be a customer of this business but that's more because I dislike businesses that require a diagnostic fee for a simple repair request, rather than only for an unknown issue.

I believe I spoke to the owner, but he was very nice and professional. Before he opened up my computer he called and asked if I had a warranty, turns out I didn’t. Stopped by a while later and picked it up. No charge, very nice, great place.

My computer was freezing up... Took it to Computech and they diagnosed it and had it fixed in 24 hours. Very friendly staff! Would highly recommend if you have issues with your PC.
