Comfort Solutions

I've never felt so scammed in my life!!! We had a very minor problem with out heater so we called comfort solutions. It took them 3 different visits by 3 different technicians to fix the problem and in the end they said they had to re-wire our control module. Then, this spring, when we tried to turn on our previously perfectly working air conditioner it wouldn't work. When the technician came out he said it had been wired incorrectly and now was shot and said that we need to pay $500 for a new model. When I got on-line and saw them priced for $200 the technician made a "phone call"' and suddenly the price was $250, but then they wanted another $100 to do a diagnostic. Frustrated I called another company who fixed the entire problem by simply re-wiring (or fixing the work of the comfort solutions tech who had re-wired it in the winter). All and all it took another company about 30 min to fix and cost me $50. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS WITH NO INTEGRITY OR CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! (would give them 0 stars if possible). In the end they demanded we pay them $90 for comping to our house this spring and fix absolutely NOTHING!!!!!!! We still don't have working air conditioning!!
