 + 0 moreI was here for almost 2 hours to drop off the equipment. You get here and they give you a number to wait. You have to sit there and wait for your number to come up regardless of what the issue is. It took just a couple seconds to return. I saw the guy at the counter get upset a customer that was right in front of me. They had skipped the guys number, and then yelled at him when he asked when he was going to be helped.
Description of Work: I went here to return my cable box modem, and remote controls.
