Mainly I hate when your internet goes down or slows down & how they treat you. Nothing close to fair or good. We pay out $230 for phone, internet & cable and we have the lowest cable package (no ESPN or Showtime here).
Description of Work: They added HBO to our service. The chat feature w/ Comcast is nice because you rarely have to worry about a language barrier. I simply hate how they don't truly care--they know you have few options for cable & even less if you want high speed internet. Try switching & see what they do--they are not nice & they make you do all the work of delivering your boxes & cables.

They are okay. They are as good as anybody. I would suspect it is not any different than anybody. There are very few outages and it has good speed.
