Clear Internet Sales

Have had service for 3 years with few problems. A bit slow at times, usually during evening hours. However, they decommissioned the tower in my area with absolutely NO warning, even though their internal policy is to notify all potentially affected customers no later than 30 days prior to the action (ostensibly so they can make other arrangements). They subsequently charged my account for the month following cessation of service. As someone who works from home, it was highly disruptive. While they made it all right in the end, it took two long calls to their customer service department to get any useful answers. In the end, I cancelled the service they could no longer provide and they reimbursed me.
