Charles gave an estimate fairly quickly, then took way longer than expected to erect scaffolding, make the stucco cut-outs, and install them. He gave me an excuse about having to attend a funeral. Hover, he was difficult to reach and he never called to say he was leaving town. His workers dropped epoxy all over the yard and didn't clean it up. M tenants' dog got some glue on its paws and then tracked it in. Charles had to pay for the vet bill and the carpet cleaning. When the work was finally done, he said he was broke and needed to be paid immediately or else there'd be no Christmas in the Mast household. I deducted the cost of a wire to send him what was owed, but I got the impression that his work was shoddy and he wanted to be paid before I discovered that he didn't accomplish what he was supposed to. I would never do business with him or anyone associated with him.
Description of Work: Had to make matched stucco cutouts on each of the windows of a house we bought in which no Tyvac paper was used and hence the windows were starting to leak.
