Description of Work: I had 8 IG units that were fairly large, which Champion was willing to install and provide me with a lifetime guarantee. Champion was a little more expensive, but they also provide the lifetime guarantee which was totally worth it.

Description of Work: Replaced basement windows

Description of Work: First I made a request online for 3 separate companies and Champion was the only ones to call me back...2.5 months later. They replaced 7 windows with the highest grade. Once the called me they were extremely responsive, and did a very good job.for I am very happy with Champion and the windows. The only roadblock was contacting them online through Angie List.

Description of Work: Tony (sales) was terrific--thorough, clear, willing to negotiate price. Jason the installer was first rate. He and his daughter did a wonderful job. Careful, cleaned up very well, and thoroughly professional. Could not have had a better experience. Recommend this provider and installer without hesitation.

Description of Work: they replace 18 windows and 1 door. several windows ordered wrong. such as a picture window for sliding window and two top panels instead of one top and one bottom. |when installing the door, the technician broke the door alarm. he seemed to have no idea that would happen. |one window leaked and water damaged new carpet. new carpet was laid thinking the window would not failed. took 4-5 times of repeated calling including emergency calls for a storm was coming. the responses were still delayed. |installer damaged paint on a beam in my house when moving the windows in. did not point that out and just roughed brushed some paint on that...did not match and did not painted the whole underside of the beam (which was only 6 inches x 6 feet.) at least that would match and would not be too obvious. another staff came another time and was told of that. he said he would come back to fix that. nothing had happened for two months. |would not correct error of previous installed windows. those were about 3 years ago. just put some plastic studs to stop excessive play of sliding windows whereas the windows were ordered at least an inch too narrow. |sales person was supposed to help do the paper work on energy saving tax rebates. had not do that despite being reminded 1 month ago.
