Description of Work: I called them for a bid on painting two levels of my home. The individual who answered the phone said that she would have the painter call me and set up an appointment for the job estimate. Never heard from anyone. She called me back two weeks later and asked if I liked the bid I received. I told her that no-one from her company contacted me about arranging an estimate. She appologized then said that someone would call me withing a couple of days. Again.... No one called. I hired another contractor to do the painting.
