They came before Thanksgiving and finished in two days.

They worked together and the results are beautiful and look good with eggshell paint and I was even sent a woman from the company to verify that I liked the paint colors and what they would look like before the job took place. I wanted to get it done before Thanksgiving and they made it a few days before.

On time from start to finish - great job

I received a call at 8:00 am that painters would be here at 9:00 am and they were right on time. We went over one more time what was to be painted-colors, etc. and they went right to work! They were very efficient and nice and got the job done right!! I would recommend to anyone!! This is the 2nd time they hve painted here-they did the whole inside of my house. Great Job!!

Took great care to get the details right. Very clean work. No over spray.

We got several quotes for painting. Tyler from CertaPro came to our home and reviewed the work we wanted done providing us with a quote. We verified the quote with a summary requesting confirmation of the scope of work and made sure we in agreement. CertaPro was competitive and the reviews were positive so we elected to proceed with CertaPro. Omar from CertaPro did the painting and he was excellent. The work took roughly two days and was well done leaving no mess for us to clean up. Having left the garage door open while painting, Omar even swept the leaves out of our garage. Omar was very careful to tell us to call if any touch up was needed. We did call because of a door frame that was missed and some scratches on the fresh paint courtesy of our dog. All of the touch-up work was done promptly and the dog's scratches were touched up without charge. Throughout the painting effort, Omar was unfailingly courteous and concerned that our expectations were met. If you have having CertaPro do work for you, I would strongly recommend that you request Omar to do your work.

HORRIBLE! These "great" reviews are obviously all fake. Matt came out to give me a bid. Because of the "great" reviews and because I felt he really understood what I wanted (wood garage doors completely sanded and stained with stain I supply) and wrote that in the contract, I went with this company over others. BIG MISTAKE. I rearranged my schedule (I have a business and volunteer work as well) to be available on Monday, and the guys working on my doors barely spoke English. They then said they couldn't sand down my doors and that they had damaged them with the sander. Then they tried to get me to use a stain they had. It was incredibly frustrating trying to deal with people who speak broken English when they are damaging my home. I called Matt, and he was unavailable. I spoke with Tyler, and he had Matt call me. They agreed that it was completely ridiculous that the guys weren't doing the job correctly and trying to get me to use their stain. Matt promised that a seasoned sander/stainer would come on Wednesday or Thursday. I had to get in touch with Matt on Thursday, and he said someone would come Friday at 9:30-10 am. Well, it is Friday at noon, and no one has showed. I called Matt, again unreachable, and then called the office. Tyler was unreachable this time. The girl said she would leave them a message to call. Five minutes later I received a phone call from someone who I couldn't understand. This company is terrible, wasted my time, uses illegals, and offers no supervision on jobs. DO NOT USE!!

Did not call ahead to let us know they were coming. Did not do job as stated. Did not re-caulk. Did not paint around all door frames.

They taped up surfaces to protect from paint drips and did a professional paint job.

Left my outside hose bib open and closed water at the hose faucet they used for clean up. If I hadn't caught it I'd have frozen pipes 2 weeks later and water damage in the house. Too lazy to remove interior window screens. I spent 2 minutes doing it on their 2nd followup and showed how they'd painted similar areas but ignored those with an inside screen. Contract says "in regards to preparation:...Pole sand walls smooth..." which they didn't and I never saw a single piece of sand paper. I provided both and *helped* them sand a few areas that were not smooth. Sadly, I used them for an exterior job last summer and personally saw them PREP, PRIME and apply TWO COATS. Unfortunately their inside work doesn't live up to that advertised standard!

Everything from the estimator to the clean up went very well. We had the shingles painted three times to get the color that we wanted. They finally took a chip from the foundation to get a complete match so that we would be satisfied. They were very easy to work with and willing to help in any way possible.When they were scraping old paint they discovered some rotten wood and quickly showed us the areas so we were able to get them replaced prior to painting. Very happy with service.

The estimator, color coordinator, and painting team were professional, prompt, and responsive. The professional painters put in extra time and work with aesthetic sanding to improve the overall outcome on our wood frame house. I appreciated the quick response to questions, and the communicative nature of the team. We got 5 bids for our house, and CertaPro was one of the most affordable. We will definitely call them again for future painting needs.

I could have not asked for better service. The painters were outstanding, not only with skill, but were prompt, cautious and professional at all times. The work was completed in 2 days. While these Gentlemen were in my home they gained my absolute trust. They took so much care in there work, one would think they were painting in their own home. I our minds, there are no other painters, It was money very well spent.

Gil was professional, on time & worked hard and long hours. Easy for communicate concerns & a few change. I love the final result.

The painter was prompt & worked hard & efficiently. Was responsive to questions, glad to help when we realized a mistake w/paint choice & fixed two oversights quickly w/o complain.

Great! Tyler Irving arrived on time and gave us an estimate. We had worked with him before. It is an old fence that needed washing, scraping, caulking, in addition to two coats a paint. Gil Lara worked on the fence all day, and did a very good, careful job.

Matt Rollins gave us a bid to refinish our back deck. I asked him to do the underneath of the deck as well. I accepted the bid and we scheduled a date. Gil Lara showed up and power washed the deck then applied a cleaning solution that helped in ensuring the deck was clean and ready for stain. After the weekend Gil returned and started to apply the stain we had selected. I am extremely impressed with the professional attitude Gil presented. I observed Gil hand brushing each plank of the deck with a 2 inch brush and then he made sure the edges between the planks were stained also. This I believe was way above and beyond the level of service I had expected. I will definitely have CertaPro Painters of Salt Lake do any other painting job I need.

Awesome Work! The interior of my home needed painting, something I could no longer do myself. A little bit scary to think about having someone come in and do this. From Matt, who provided me with the estimate, to Lori, who help me with color selections, to Gil who did the actual work - I couldn't have asked for more courteous, professional service.! Gil did an amazing job with preparation and painting! Left everything nice. Any fears I had, didn't last. Way to go CertaPro!
