The job done was exactly as we had hoped for. A minor error was made in the colors for the base molding, which was Immediately corrected to our complete satisfaction. It went very well. Alfredo was the most consistent employee. Very hard working and kind. Did an excellent job. Only complaint - he didn't remove old boards or clean up completely at end of job - Minor scraps and warped boards left behind. Kept odd hours - usually afternoon start.

Max and Lucas did an outstanding job and wanted to be sure that we were happy with the final product. They did a lot of repair work to our walls before painting, and it looks great. They kept us informed of their progress and were very professional. Also, they were very prompt, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. It was clear that they took pride in their work. We would hire them again.

They were great. I would call them today in a heartbeat. They painted by hand because it's an old antique house. They used three coats, and they were in and out in about five days. It still looks like the day they did it, so that's a good sign. They were a little more expensive, but I think they were worth it.

My Tyler inspected all areas & presented us with printed estimate. A date was set but had to be postponed due to rains. Finally when weather cleared, Mr Enio Diaz came to power-wash all exteriors. The following morning painting started by sanding, masking & painting for 3 days. Two & sometimes three present. Excellent work! Super attitudes. Polite and most professional!!!

Received what I thought was a fair estimate from Tylor Irving on 5/23, was contacted the following week to schedule the job for 6/2-6/3, everything was on time and professionally done by the painter Enyo.

They did such a great job- it was sooo cold- I felt sorry for the guys- Miguel is Great- I asked for him again from last year.

Estimator was thorough and provided an accurate estimate of cost and scheduling. Color coordinator was helpful in choosing a color that will look good and age well. The crew was courteous, quick, and did excellent work. Very happy with my decision to work with CertaPro SLC and my house looks so much better!

I hired them. They are going to be coming here May 15th. They are very competitive in the market. They're very professional. The way they explained it, they take personal pride in painting. If I see any flaws or what have you, they will immediately come back and fix whatever I don't like with no hesitation.

We contacted them multiple times about 2 windows that they missed and it has been months with no result. Once I emailed their corporate office, a guy called and begged for forgiveness. We gave them a chance to make it right as he swore they would. Two windows remain unpainted. We already paid, thinking it was done. During that time we even told them we needed bids on additional jobs and still no reply unless we contact corporate. How they stay in business is beyond comprehension.
