It was really one long headache with this company. When they were first installed we signed up for the 20 mbps down and 5 up package. The schedule was set for 8-12 on a Monday. By 1:30 still no technician and no response. We called in and were told he got hung up on another job and would be there within the hour. Okay, these things happen. He arrives around 3:30 (2 hours later) and gets to work. He seemed to be in a huge rush (I'm assuming because he was behind now) and really rushed through things with me. We checked and the internet was in fact working so I signed the work order and he was on his way. That night I tested speed (I should have done it while he was there) and found that I was only getting 9 mbps down and 5 up. Obviously not what we paid for. We called in and got multiple technicians all saying the same thing that we should have 20 down and they don't know why we don't. We asked for tech to come out and they said didn't do that until all other avenues are exhausted. So they sent us a new router, tried some things on their end in the end still only getting 9 down. Finally (about 2 weeks later) we get another tech to come out. He checks some things in the house and then says he wants to check my drop line (This, apparently, is the line from the telephone pole to my home). It turns out this line only has the capability of 10 down! The first technician did not check it and because he didn't we got the run around for 2 weeks. We moved down to a 10 mbps package and then moved on. We had the service for a little over a year and it was okay during the year. No billing issues but service was spotty at times and great at other times. Weather never seemed to be an issue and overall i was happy with the service. We reached our year and went to a month to month billing and the transition was smooth. We had a chance to move to a different type of internet (cable) and get much greater speeds so we canceled our service and were told we had 30 days to return the router that they provided. They would send a mailing label to return it. Great, mailing label came about a week after we canceled on a Friday. The next Monday we were charged $100 for the router they haven't received. One week after we canceled and 2 days (0 business days) after we received the label to mail it back. When we called in they just kept saying that they'd refund the money when we returned the router. We've sent the router back and it's still to early to see if we've got a refund but I'm not impressed with their customer service, technicians or overall level of service.

Overall, I would say they are good. However, I am considering changing into other companies.
