Very friendly service tech called ahead that he was picking up parts and would arrive with the hour. Professional job on the wiring and breaker repair. Would recommend Robbins Central Electric for future projects.

They were prompt and did a good job. To me, it was a little pricey but perhaps that is the going rate. I would recommend them.

Brandon was punctual (called ahead), and professional. The job probably took less than 2 hours. I had originally called "Atom" Electric, but was forwarded to Central Electric...I am guessing they bought Atom Electric? Highly recommended!!

Brandon came at the appointed time. He looked at the project, made notes, and said he needed to talk to his boss. Two weeks later, I had not heard from Brandon. I have received the other bids, but not for Central Electric. So I called Brandon on March 28th. He appologized for being late and promised to be back to me on Monday April 1. It is now mid-week, and Brandon never did call or come by with their bid. I do not expect that I will be hearing from Central Electric. I assume they are not interested. But the point is that they have a customer who is waiting for a response, either positive or negative. It is very unprofessional to just ignore the customer and hope he will go away. I well expect the owner will now respond to this report by saying something like ......... "We are very professional in our work and dealing with customers. Somehow this one fell through the cracks. We appologize and will take steps to see it does not happen again." We know it's just hog-wash. I made the effort to call and remind them, and they broke their promise. I would not recommend this company to anyone....... period.

See above. Do be clear on time limits. Do find out who's really in charge (accountable). Don't box yourself in by having other work (carpeting installed) scheduled when they say they will be finished.

They were very good. The job was complicated and the man who came to work for us pulled it off well. He was pleasant. We had a bit of scheduling problems with them, but we were able to work it out. They were very competent. They are helpful and cheerful. I would use their services in the future also.

Perfect -- there were there on time, they got it done quickly, they invoiced me later.

I really liked how responsive they were. They were on time, and they came when I called. They actually arrived early for the appointment. They were very professional. They did exactly what they said, and the estimate was exactly what the price was.

Dirk came to give a bid and we were immediately struck by his knowledge, professionalism and commitment to doing an excellent job (this was after having other electricians in to assess the work we wanted done). He provided us with a bid very quickly and scheduled a date to do the work. His employees were on time, incredibly meticulous and thorough, and did a wonderful job. Dirk was also good at taking on additional tasks that we decided should be done after-the-fact (e.g. installation of attic vents and fans). We will definitely recommend Dirk to our friends.

They arrived ontime and worked for about 2 hours until the job was complete. Friendly and prompt, but I thought the service was a little pricy.

It was excellent. They came out the very next day. The gave me a bid. It was very reasonable. It took a few day because they had to coordinate with the power company. I called several companies and most of the bids were in the $2200 to $2500 range, because my house is 50 years old the code had changed. Able told me they could call the power company and get a various and do it for $400. I really appreciated that. The pole looks great.

The Central Electric technician supplied all parts and labor at reasonable cost. Work was started and finished on schedule. New cables were run from the new electrical box to the new driveway control box. A snow sensor was installed. All systems worked without problems. Nice Job.

If they feel something is not needed they won't do it. They're prices are good. They come out the same day you call them. They're the best.

I was doing a remodel of our great room. I was performing a good deal of the work myself. However needed a good electrical contractor to wire our fireplace insert,run new wiring, install a low-voltage lighting system. Able was highly recommended and proved to be very professional and performed great work on budget. I will use them for all our future needs.

The work is superb. Other electricians who have seen their work comment on how good it is. We have experienced one or two missed appointments, but these were non-emergency minor installation work and he is worth waiting for.

THE SERVICE WAS A VERY GOOD, PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. HE GAVE US THE ESTIMATE QUICKLY, AND THEY STARTED WORK RIGHT AWAY. ALL OF THE WORK WAS FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS SURPRISED HOW QUICKLY IT WAS FINISHED.
