 + -1 moreJohn Stephens at Castle & Cooke Mortgage was a pleasure to work with. Extremely fast response time and he worked through the weekend as well. We found a home with a very short financing time and John was able to not only get us approved within the time frame but was able to close within 3 weeks of first making contact. Compare this to my credit union who was just starting to get the ball rolling during the same time frame. Fees were quite reasonable and the APR was less than available through my credit union. A+
