+ -1 moreI made an appointment on a Thursday to have my system looked at and repaired on the following Saturday. The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting the best day and time for the appointment. I arrived early and a staff member noticed that I was waiting outside and invited me inside and got the job started. A senior member of the staff (or the owner) saw my wife and I getting ready to walk to breakfast and told us to wait while he took a look at the problem. I was pleasantly surprised at his knowledge and expertise in troubleshooting the problem in that it is an extremely complex audio/video system for an automobile. The owners manual is 245 pages long. While I watched in amazement, he located and repaired the problem in 15 minutes and sent us on our way. I will definitively go out of my way to utilize this business again.
