The job went really well. Cannon Pumps was on time and they were efficient. It was so cool to see how they actually poured out the concrete because I did not know that was a way to pour out concrete. The people that I talked to were very nice and very professional. I always stress about home projects but seeing them on the job made it way easier not to stress. Definitely a FIVE star rating.
Description of Work: I needed an RV pad poured as well as my fronts steps.

These people are freaking awesome. They were super nice and friendly. Everyone on the job was super easy to talk to. The pump worked good, and they didn't seem to have any issues with it. 100% would hire them again, no doubt.

Pouring the basketball court went really well. Cannon pumps was on time and happy to be there. They pumped it out quick and no problems were there. We were really grateful and grateful our contractor that we had do it had us wait until they could get on his schedule. Which wasn’t too crazy far out!

It didn't go well at all. I had gone to the trouble and expense of preparing a pex based in-slab snow melt system. When the time came to pour Cannon was quite late showing up which means the cement truck sat there with concrete in it much longer than it should have. Geneva had already gone to their winter mix and it was a particularly warm day for November in Salt Lake. Something like 68 degrees or so. The job went bad and the concrete setup too quickly. Not only could it not be floated out in time but it wasn't even level. It had to be done over again. The old concrete was ripped out and yet another snow melt system expense and prep time incurred. Cannon was going to help make it right by showing up early for the second pour but a few weeks later when the time came to pour it again, just before thanksgiving, we called to ensure they were going to be there but instead we found out they were on their way to Idaho. I had to scramble to find another place to get the pumping service from in order to pull the project together. Cannon is probably the least expensive concrete pumping option you will find and now you know why. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else, unless you want to be paying for and doing the job twice. Concrete doesn't tolerate flaky behavior very well and unfortunately, based on my experience, that's about all you will see from Cannon Concrete Pumping. So, this year I again have a concrete project and I'm using the same concrete contractor who does excellent work and is extremely reliable (I will write another review about them shortly.) However, for some reason he as going to use Cannon again to have it pumped in. When I found out, I told him if they're willing to make up for what happened a year earlier and do this pump for free, then I'd give them a second chance. They weren't so I sent them packing and went with the next more expensive option which cost $450 instead of $350 but at least I could count on them being where they say they will be at the appointed time.
