We hired Cory to refinish Brazilian Cherry floors throughout our first level of our home prior to us moving into it. Our floors turned out beautifully, however, the aftermath was completely unacceptable. Our home was covered with pink dust from floor to ceiling. There was dust in every light fixture, cabinet, walls and embedded in the carpeting. There was little to no attention to protecting the other surfaces or cleaning up afterward. Our home was empty as we were just moving in, unfortunately, now every wall, ceiling and baseboard on the first floor where the work was done must be repainted from stain. The dust was significant in our second story, as well as throughout our garage and outside on both the front porch and back patio. It has taken hours in cleaning and we are no where near done. Cory was exceptionally professional and kind during the bid process and when provided feedback on the lack of professionalism and mess we acquired, he offered to take me to lunch. We have re-modeled homes, built new homes and refinished floors before and NEVER have we encountered such an incredible mess or lack of care by a contractor. You will be pleased with your floors, but in order to prevent a situation like ours, my recommendation is be present EVERY step of the way. You will need to ensure proper covering throughout your home or be prepared for significant damage/ mess like us. We are still in disbelief that any professional would have left a home in this condition.

He is so lovely to work with and from the moment he came to quote my flooring replacement, I knew he was the right fit based on his passion for the job. My new white oak floors turned out unbelievably beautiful and it was so easy to work with Cory. I would recommend him to anyone if you want to work with a trustworthy person with amazing attention to detail.

Super nice people and great to work with. They really, really understand wood flooring and how to make it look good. When they came to estimate the refinishing, they instantly identified why our current finish was breaking down in several places. They took their time to do it right - they even stopped one day because the finish hadn't cured enough, and adjusted their schedule and returned the next day to apply the next coat. Much better than rushing the job and ending up with a poor finish. Highly recommend.
