C-J CARPET INSTALLATIONS

They were scheduled to install the laminate on 6/18 and called late in the afternoon of 6/17 to say they probably weren't going to be able to make it on the scheduled date...they had a truck break down and an installer quit. Promising to call me back to confirm, I didn't hear from anyone until early evening when they said they were trying to find someone and would call me first thing in the morning on 6/18. I did not get a return call until almost 12:30 on 6/18 saying they wouldn't be able to do the installation until 6/21. The installer arrived at approximately 9:00 a.m. on 6/21 and still hadn't completed the installation by 9:00 p.m. I have a VERY small kitchen and hallway, so I don't know what took him so long. Promising to return at 10:00 on 6/22 to complete the job, he did not arrive until 10:45. When I asked him where he'd been he told me to stop yelling at him, which I was not doing, and asked if I wanted another installer to come instead of him to finish the job. When I showed him things that needed correcting he told me none of them were things he could do anything about. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They were very professional. I felt very comfortable with them in the home with us. Their work was professional, and we all felt very safe.
