Nate was Technician: This service was a re-application of services rendered two weeks prior. Since it had been a while since we had our home treated, they had informed us that we would have an influx of bugs after the treatment. We were more than surprised that our technician, Nate was able to accommodate our request of making appointment earlier than originally scheduled. He came to the door with a smile and immediately addressed our phone re\quest. After Nate completed the outside, he knocked back on door to ask if there were any areas inside that we had concern. Nate is very thorough and solid listening skills.

The salesman was from out of town and did not know the procedures for this area. So must of what he told me was wrong, which was upsetting to start off on the wrong foot. The first technician did a terrible job and didn't provide the extra services that we had signed up for. I set up a second appointment to fix that, and he didn't even show for that one! When I called upset they scheduled a third appointment and it was 100x better. The technician took care of everything he was supposed to and even took extra time to inspect for other problems we might have missed and took care of those too. He explained that our previous technician had been let go for similar problems and we are very pleased to have Nate as our new technician. Not only did he save his company from giving me my money back, but I'm willing to stay with them he did so good!

We just needed basic pest control. Nate was polite and thorough and did a great job.

Brayden Cunningham was our technician. After speaking to him on the phone, he arranged a time to visit same day. He explained the different treatment plans and did the treatment...also same day. Very professional, polite and thorough. Would highly recommend. I'm done fighting the ants@

Bulwark is always on time and very through. Josh and Travis were very polite and did a great job!

We had Josh come out towards the beginning of spring and we still don't have bugs! It's now the middle of June and we're loving life. Josh was super personable and easy to work with. He even educated us on how we can best avoid pests in the future with some easy fixes and changes. We would reccomend Bulwark any day of the week that ends in a "y"!

We have Bulwark come quarterly to spray our house for spiders and other creepy crawlers. We started seeing spiders in the house and it was a month before our next quarterly service. We called and Bulwark, true to their guarantee, sprayed again free of charge. Our technician, Brayden, was super knowledgeable and took time to teach my wife and I about the spiders and wasps we were having issues with. The spraying tech Brayden C. was right on time and was very cordial and professional. He assisted me moving all the stuff in the garage to spray the walls and put the big stuff back for me. He was funny and kept telling me what he was doing and what he found in the inspection. He informed me he would come back multiple times to kill all the ants and assured me those visits were included in the price. He even offered me a different spraying plan to save me money. He lives close to me so he knows what spiders were in the area and what spray formula was important, Great guy, great company, great service!
