Bulwark Exterminating- Utah

The bi-monthly pest service was excellent. I had a window of 3pm to 6pm, but Technician "Shepard" (Zach Jones) called and came early at 1:45 pm to complete the work. He met me at the door, asked if there were any issues since the last service, then completed the treatment in a timely manner as he has done in past treatment. Shepard, as in the past, was professional, polite, and ready to work when he arrived. We appreciated the early arrival and the completed treatment.

We recently had the pleasure of receiving pest control service from your company, and I must say, Bodie was fantastic. His expertise and professionalism were evident from the start. Bodie conducted a thorough inspection, explained the treatment plan clearly, and addressed all our concerns with patience. He went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and hassle-free. Thanks to Bodie's efforts, we've seen a significant improvement in our pest situation. We highly recommend your services, especially with Bodie on the team!

Keigunn was friendly and very professional. He completed the work order in a professional manner. He was skillful and quick. I wanted pest control and he did that and more.

We had a new exterminator today named Connor. He was extremely nice and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions that I had. Offered to check the garage for rodents. Shut my garage and closed my gates when he was finished. I hope Connor sticks around because I thought he did a fantastic job.

This afternoon Alex from Bulwark Exterminating came to spray for bugs. He is polite and always here in the time frame we were given. He checks to see if we are noticing any problems, such as spiders in the garage or ants, etc . Upon completion, Alex lets me know what has done and asks again if there is anything else I need. His attention to details and our needs is so appreciated. I want to give a extra big thanks to Alex for his honesty. He handed me a Target gift card and a $10 bill that he noticed in our driveway. I checked with my daughter and she had been looking for them. They must have fallen out of her pocket when she pulled out her gloves. While I like to think that is something everyone would do, I truly appreciate his honesty.

I have used them for years, they always do a great job. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them for bug control.

Sebastian with Bulwark was Amazing. He was very knowledgeable and treated inside and outside of the house while answering all my stupid questions with extremely good customer service. Bulwark does a great job at keeping my home free of pests. Clint Johnson serviced our home and sent a text letting us know he would be earlier than expected. Their communication has always been great and has stood out to me. Clint did a fabulous job and was very thorough in his work.

Keigunn did an amazing job! He went above and beyond with recommending specific treatment for the area where we had a bird's nest in the past. He also took care of the wasps we had as well. We hope to get him again next time!

Jason Mann went above and beyond to reinforce the barrier around my house, paying careful attention to common entry points for pests. He even added some spray foam around my ac unit because the original caulk was failing and he didn’t want any critters or weather getting into my house.

Conner did a great job. All ares taken care of and gate closed when done. I appreciate him. Perfect as always!

The service was again exceptional. Zachary Jones and Jacob arrived one hour earlier than the 1200-1500 scheduled window which was greatly appreciated as it left my afternoon free. I was immediately contacted and asked if there were any issues that came up since the last treatment. There were not. The garage and the perimeter of the house were heavily treated and the entire area was checked for cobwebs/spiders. an additional tamper resistant rodent station was set up along the front of the home should a mouse issue present itself due to the construction in the area. Coleman did a great job addressing our various pest concerns. He did great work, and even removed a wasp nest we weren't aware of.
