Bulwark Exterminating- Utah

Josh Davis has been wonderful to work with. He explains what is being done each time, but is super brief. We haven't seen a spider since we've started work them 6 months ago. When they first came out they found 6 black widow nests around our property (the house had just been built) so we're very happy with the service.

Lousy and unprofessional, I schedule on 03/05/2019 and was for today 03/08/2019 between 1 and 3 pm, I left work early to be here on time but they never show up or call me, I removed everything from the cabinets, move furniture away from walls and place everything on the middle of a 6 bedroom/3 bath home as their customer service personnel suggested but they were a no show, I called them around 2:30 pm the first time and was informed that the technician was not answering but they left him a message to get an ETA but they never call me back, i called back again at around 3:30 and then was informed that a supervisor sent emails to cancel the services because of a storm was coming and a supervisor was trying to re-schedule for tomorrow but we have a family reunion tomorrow that can not be postpone, how can you trust people like this? I can see they are very un-professional and un-considerated to customers for us to never come back, in all businesses first impression is key for a successful and continuous business.

Rob is VERY courteous by notifying us before showing up, efficient, by paying attention to detail and our concerns, Personable, by conversing with us using great eye contact and genuinely listening, Calming,(which is important because he needs to go through our entire home) by being relaxed and peaceful. Rob is in one word.... EXCELLENT!! Bulward, you are blessed to have him. We certainly are!! Thank youuuuuuuuu Rob Sincerely Trish and Jerry Cromer

Great! We were having trouble with bugs around and in our home. The first time Josh ever came to our home he immediately identified black widow's web on our front porch. Yuck! He got rid of the web and sprayed and I found it dead the next day. He also identified a rodent problem I didn't know we had in our backyard and that was also resolved quickly. Very impressed!

Rob is so great. I will stay with you as long as he is my agent who comes to service our home! Great job Rob!!!

Great. Robert Carpenter from Bulwark Exterminating was fast, very efficient, professional and very pleasant while sprayi g the house perimeter. He even sprayed a considerable amount of ivy which surrounds the house in order to eliminate any pests living there.

Nate showed up as scheduled. We reviewed the outside traps that were set for rodents. He was able to explain how they work and if they had been used. I explained that I had not had the interior treated and he gladly did the additional treatment.. I would refer Nate to anyone.

Nate is amazing, we had him out originally for spiders and other crawling pests. He asked all the right questions, and was very knowledgeable and informative. He asked about mice and rats which was great because we live in a up and coming development and as we all know construction brings rodents. I hadn't seen any physical rodents but I had seen evidence and told him I thought it might've been from construction of our house. Lo and behold I had seen more evidence and one dead mouse since he had been here. We called bulwark and had Nate come back out to put some traps out for rodents and again he was just as professional and helpful as the last time even though he had just been there a week before. Nate is awesome and a great guy. Would hire again, heck I would even go fishing with him he's that great!

Nate did a great job! He let me know which spots he noticed spider webs and made sure he sprayed those areas extra well.

Nate was wonderful!!! He was mindful of my old dog and careful not to let her out through the gate, making sure the gate was secured behind him. I had four areas I needed taken care of, and Nate was quick to obliterate those nasty wasps! We've been avoiding our backyard for a week or so because we had a large nest inside our patio furniture. We are so excited to be able to spend time in our yard again. Thank you Nate! And thank you Bulwark for being such a great company to work with. Bulwark offers great quarterly home protection, but will also come out to your home between service dates. I call all the time as new wasps nests are discovered by my kids or my dogs, and Bulwark is always quick to get someone to me.

Great! Josh Davis came out right away to address our ant problem. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and just a really nice guy, very personable and friendly to my kids. He recommended doing a quick followup treatment and had Nate come out a couple of days later. Both are people I felt comfortable having in my home, which I feel is important.
