Our technician, Rob Carpenter, is the best! He is so thorough and professional while also being very friendly and helpful. He has been treating our home for several years now, and we would recommend Bulwark's services to anyone.

Bad at first. Appointment was scheduled from 9-12, but no one showed up. I called in and they didn’t have an appointment in their system. Frustrating since I took the day off to be home for the appointment. Spoke with a manager and she resolved the situation in a matter of minutes. Got a new tech to come out within the hour and Brittney did a great job. Super friendly and knowledgeable. She saved the day. The revived my trust in their abilities and services.

Nate was awesome. I had noticed a wasp nest near the trampoline in my yard the day before a children’s party. Bulwark squeezed me in the next morning and Nate did a great job and found a whole bunch more nests I didn’t notice 😱. Super glad I called and they fit me in.

Nate Aston was my tech the other day. He is one of the best Bulwark has. I have had a few Bulwark techs service my home since Nate has here last Summer. He is always very throughout, in fact, I was surprised since it had probably been over a year at this point. Nate remembered some of my concerns from the past and addressed those.

Josh D and Gage W did a great job. They were very professional and informative. We highly recommend Bulwark.

Joe Sagers was the technician who was assigned to my home. He was so friendly when he arrived on time and answered any questions I asked. Not only did he spray for pests as expected but he knocked down wasp nests and cleared away spiderwebs as well. I wasn't expecting the added cleanup service an appreciate his going the extra mile! I will definitely use this service again!

It went really well as always! This is the second time Robert Carpenter came out and he's so nice and cares a lot about keeping the bugs out. Rob is seriously the best. I've had other company reps come to my door selling me their company. As long as Rob Carpenter is our pest control guy that comes to our home we will stay with your company. If Rob ever gets taken away WE WILL CHANGE companies cause we already had that happen where we were taken off Robs route and spiders showed up in my house. We went to switch, you put Rob back with us and no more spiders. He's the best! Give him a raise. That's my recommendation and my feelings on how satisfied I am. Thank you Trish

Fantastic! Cole was great! Bulwark is a great company. We’ve used them at our home in St. George, Utah for years and now are happy we can get them in Orem, Utah.

Josh D. came to do a pest control treatment and went above and beyond our expectations. We recently put in our landscaping and have had some spiders in our garage. He not only sprayed all our newly planted trees, shrubs and grasses he sprayed inside our garage as well as the outside of the house to prevent them from getting in. In addition, he sprayed inside the house to help keep them from coming inside. As a final example of great service he noticed a couple of hornet nests in our eves and pulled a poll out of his truck and took them down. Great job Josh. It was much appreciated.

Once Josh came out and sprayed I didn't have any more ants. I've now had Josh come for over a year and I haven't had any more bugs of any kind in the house.

We were so impressed with every aspect of the service. They came out only one day after we called and the price was substantially less than any other company by far. Cole, our pest tech was incredibly friendly and worked very fast and showed up right when they told us he would.

Cole was so great! He showed up early and got the work done quickly. He took the time to show me where he installed the mouse traps and to make sure I knew what was going on. He was easy to talk to as well.
